Alaa joined Smith Dominguez in September of 2022 as a legal assitant. She is a 2021 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. There, she obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Public Policy as well as a Bachelors of Education in Human Development and Family Studies. Born in the U.S. but raised in Palestine, Alaa has always found an interest in the intersectionality of law, identity, and politics.
